Innerdance is a unique multi-sensory journey into sound, energy, and expanded awareness, held every Friday at the extraordinary Sound Temple inside The Xperience on Koh Samui.

Using a carefully curated soundscape, participants are invited to relax deeply, allowing the body and mind to enter a natural state of inner exploration. No movement, dance experience, or meditation practice is required—simply lie down, listen, and let the experience unfold in its own way.

The session takes place inside a purpose-built sound and sensory dome surrounded by the lush jungle of The Xperience art sanctuary. Your ticket also includes a day pass, giving you time to explore the immersive art installations, dreamlike sculptures, and peaceful natural surroundings before or after the session.
